my wife age 44, height 5.4, weight 71 kg
she had multiple hard tumor in overy and ca 125 -cancer test was 82.5 positive so under doubt her overy and utres was removed but biopcy has indicated that it was endometris and no miligent tumor was observed.Her opration was fine as on 29/07/2008. she has no any significant problem but she feels tiredness even after one month if she walks more than 50 meters .
kindly send guidance, treatment as local docter has prescribed vitamins but not become useful.

Thank you for your question. From you description of the findings and surgery, your wife had a benign tumor resulting from endometriosis. This tumor is called an "endometrioma". Your CA125 was on the low side, which is also indicative of this finding. However, with one ovary remaining, there is still the possibility of developing another tumor in the future. This is because you wife has endometriosis, which is a disease of the pelvis caused by implants of endometrial cells. They can implant anywhere and when they implant into the ovary, these endometriotic tumors develop. To prevent this, prevent any further pelvic pain or other problems, I probably would have recommended that her uterus and remaining ovary be removed as well.
In terms of your wife's postoperative symptoms, it generally takes 6-8 weeks postoperatively to feel completely normal. The tiredness is caused by the body putting so much energy into repairing the areas damaged by the surgery. This can take up to 8 weeks. I would recommend that you wife slowly increase her activities, including light exercise. A good diet and multivitamins are important. She will get better with time. Warning signs that something else is occurring, like an infection or other complications, would be fever, chills, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, increasing pain.
