Blood in Semen After Testicular Trauma: Causes and Explanation

I'm a kickboxer.. once, while I was in fight I got kicked into my testicles, thereafter I had a several episodes of blood presence in my ejaculate.. Now it is interesing me, how is it posible, I mean blood in semen.. if I just got kicked into my testes..? From where or what  that blood is coming in to the semen?

Hello Danilo,

Your testicles have blood flow and micro-vessels, just like all the other parts of your body.  Trauma to any part can lead to the rupture of these blood vessels leading to bleeding.  This can occur within the tubules of the testicle leading to blood in the semen (the fluid that the sperm are in).  The problem with this type of trauma is that it could lead to scar tissue formation within the testicle causing a blockage and infertility from lack of sperm would result.
