Answer
Hello Harpreet from Australia,

I strongly recommend that you see an infertility specialist and undergo an evaluation.  There are many reasons why women don't have periods and it needs to be treated appropriately to get pregnant.  It is possible that it is PCOS but it could be other problems as well and that is why you are not responding to medication.  In addition, Clomid can be give in various doses, up to 250 mg per day.  Many PCOS patients will not respond to Clomid and will need to proceed to injectable fertility medications.  A trained fertility specialist will help to provide you will the appropriate treatment.  Once you get the appropriate treatment, then you should be able to get pregnant easily.
