Fertile Window Calculation & Pregnancy Testing Timeline

Dear Ma'am,

I am 25 years old.. and happily married...we are trying to conceive...my first day of last menstrual cycle was 25th June 2010...kindly let me know the fertile period...and expected dates for testing my pregnancy...

Hello Ishanika from India,

I use the following calendar method:

CD#1 - the first day of your menses (first day of flow).  Count each day in sequence.
CD#10 - stop recreational intercourse.
CD#13-17  have intercourse each of these days, once per day, one ejaculation per episode only.  This is your fertile period.
CD#18+  may resume recreational intercourse

I hope this helps guide you.  This calendar method only works if you have regular menstrual cycles.
