Your semen analysis has two abnormalities: decreased total motility of 40% and elevated white blood cells. Also the viscosity and liquefaction time is not good. You may have a subclinical prostatitis. This requires treatment with antibiotics. I would recommend that you see a urologist for further evaluation.
