Semen Analysis & Infertility: Understanding Astheno-Teratozoospermia & Conception Chances

Dear Concern.
It has been four years since i got marry. We are still waiting for the baby. We consulted various doctors, but didn't get any proper guidance. Below is my latest semen assessment report and i was asked to go for ICSI. i just need to confirm. is it possible for natural conception or not??Desperately waiting for the reply.
