it is supposed to do a semen analysis this week regarding to my doctor requirements as I treated form infertile sperms , I had intended to do it tomorrow but there is something happened , I had infected with massive flu last week which I obligated to take a cortisol injection (diprosisve) also I had taken a large quantities of antibiotics (1000-500mg) within last week till now my question is
1- does large quantities of antibiotics effect on semen result
2- does cortisone effect on semen results?
or it it unrelated ? I treid to contact my doctor but he is on vacation , please advise

Neither medication type should affect a semen analysis, however, you might see a change 3 months from now if the steroid has any effect. I would not expect it to since it will be a short course.
