Understanding Adenocarcinoma In Situ & STD Concerns: A Comprehensive Overview

Question
I have two questions if you don't mind answering them please.

1 ~ I was diagnose with Adenocarcinoma in Situ not that long ago and I was wondering can you tell me in much detail what exactly that is and what causes?

2 ~ Is it possible for one to be a carrier of an STD like Trich or something like that?  I ask because I keep getting an infection and my partner of a long time has not gotten anything much less any symptoms.  Could my partner have an STD without having any sypmtoms of a long time?

I would appreciate it if you could answer this.

Thank You,
Mallery M.

Answer
in situ is a cancer that is starting touching only the superficial cells, treatment is to remove that part and follow up without other treatment there after.
cause depend on the location and you did not give me any beside may be it is cervical, and the HPV can be the cause.
Yes we can be a healthy carrier, especially males, this is the why of a yearly pap smear and STD prevention .

so investigate the HPV possibility.
Thanks
