Persistent Sleep Problems & Burning Sensations: What Could It Be?
QuestionI have been experiancing sleeping trouble for almost a year and it seems to be getting worse.
When I try to go to sleep I can't or I fall asleep for 13 hours and when I wake up I don't feel rested. When I wake up in the mornings I seem to ache all over escpecially in my knees and sometimes about once a week I get these burning sensations in my arms and legs when I am trying to sleep. I do know that I should be worried about the sleeping but my question is can the burning sensation and muscle aches be linked to my sleeping problems and should i be concerned about them.
Thank you for your time.
God bless,
Amy
AnswerYes, those things could be related. I think you need a full evaluation including thyroid tests and testing to look for inflammatory arthritis. You need to see your regular doc and get thyroid blood tests and a sedimentation rate.
Hope this helps...
