Tuberculosis of Lymph Nodes: Fever Duration & Treatment Update

Question
Hi Doctor,

I am 32 years old married guy who is having tuberculosis of lymph nodes, in the area of superior mediastinum. Lymphedenopathy is seen in xray reports. As per my liver biopsy the report confirms tuberculosis and my treatment has been started since 11 september 2004 and it has been almost 42 days now that I have started my medicines. My low grade fever is still there since mid of July. Please tell me how much time this fever would take to settle? The medicines I am taking are pyrazynamide, mymbutenol (ethymobutol) and isonised+ rimpificin. Please tell me why my fever is not settled yet and how long will it take more.
Thanks

This can take months to years.
