Plantar Fasciitis Pain: Causes, Relief & When to See a Doctor

Lately I have been having pain on the bottom of my foot--heal area--in the mornings when I get up -- for 5 to 10 minutes and then it becomes ok or not noticable.This has been going on for a month or so--and now late in the evening it starts up a bit.I'm 54 yrs.old and have to work everyday--I'm a bit afraid it will get worse.--Any ideas?--Thanks for any info
