Arthritis vs. Fibromyalgia: Understanding the Differences & Symptoms

Question
I have recently been diagnosed with osteoarthritis and degenerative joint disease. I have several other symptoms that a friend told me sounded like I had fibromyalgia. I don't even know what this is. I do want to share the symptoms with you so you will have a better idea.

muscle pain
fatigue
stiffness
sleep problems
depression
pins and needle feelings(neck,fingers,hands,hips,knees
                        (and ankles)
daytime tiredness
memory...forgetting to take medication, forgetting to pick kids up from school.
confusion...driving to doctor and forget where I am supposed to be going. I have gone to  the store 1 mile up the road, coming home I made a wrong turn and ended up 50 miles from home.
I hear things..someone calling my name, phone ringing, someone knocking on the door...no one is here to call my name, the phone was not ringing and there was no one knocking at the door.
I am constantly dizzy. My kids say I walk like a drunk. Always weaving back and forth. I trip over "things" that aren't even there.
I have headaches all the time. Some worse than others. Some lasting one day to some lasting 4-5 days.
Are these symptoms indicative of fibromyalgia? Can you have fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis and degenerative joint disease?
I would appreciate any information you can give me.
Thank you,
Darlene Lee

Answer
Are these symptoms indicative of fibromyalgia? Not teally.

Can you have fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis and degenerative joint disease? yes but you do not have that.

You appear to be having excess omega 6 plant oils in your diet and need to add 3000 mg of omega 3 fish or olive oil, magnesium oxide, calcium carbonate with vit D and B-100 b complex each before each meal if OK with your doctor.
