Understanding Unusual Noises in Your Head: Causes and When to Worry
QuestionHi,
I have an issue hearing noises in my head that I am not sure if it is normal or not. I searched a medical forum and I saw one person with a similar problem as I am and I cannot say it better. this is what that person said "is it normal when you can hear your cerebralspinal fluid? Honest to god when I am trying to sleep I can hear that stuff moving around in my brain. Sometimes it makes a weezing sound too. The only way I can describe it is that you can hear and feel it the same way you can hear and feel your heart beating. Is this normal? In addition to the noise, I also have other sypmtoms such as headache, sleepness in the morning, unable to concentrate, or clicking sound in my head when I talk sometime. What do you think? Thank you in advance.
AnswerActually these are the normal symptoms of being able to hear body noises when you have a middle ear fluid buildup called serous otitis media. This is relieved by astelin and nasonex using one spray of each when you get up in the moring and as you go to bed if OK with your doctor and if they Rx these.
Omega 3 3000 mg before each meal will keep it away after you have cleared the fluid and the noise.
