Forehead Lump After Injury: Causes, Concerns & When to See a Doctor

3mos. ago my baby bumped her forehead to a table,a week later it developed into a lump. I brought her to a doctor but they did'nt give any treatment.But until now the lump is obvious,it's hard and reddish on the middle area,it's located inbetween her eyebrows.Just recently we went to another doctor he gave us an antibacterial ointment, he said it will takes time to heal.But I'm still worried.Please give some advise.

These are usually fat bruises in which the fat becomes injured and the body reponds with the red bump. No treatment is necessary but they take several months to go away.They are generally safer left alone but would need to see to tell so follow your doctors advice.
