Cremaster Muscle & Aging: Effects, Options, and Sexual Response

is there any  operation  to overcome the effects of aging on the cremaster msucle , so that it will remain taut? and   keep the   testes close to the  body  and  does  a loose cremaster lead to   impared sexal  responsiveness?
and what else is avail for this?

Hi Yom,
The cremasteric muscle does not get very slack with aging. There is no operation for that. And besides, you don't want the testes close to the body under normal circumstances. There is a reason that the testes hang and that is to maintain good testicular health. Any slack in cremasteric function does not impair sexual function in any way.
