Unknowingly Administered PCP: Recognizing Signs & Potential Actions

I have a friend who I think was given pcp unknowingly by someone who wanted revenge over a guy about 2 years ago.This has just been brought to my attention ever since that time she has just not been herself.I'm not sure if telling her would help or harm her.Is there anyway to know for sure or is there anything to reverse the affects.Everything would kinda make since if thats what happen and the more I think about her behavior I think it's possible.What should I do.

well depending on how much was given at that time if there are any effects.

an MRI or CAT scan of her brain may help. to see if there was any kind of damage.

i cant tell you what to do,tell her or not. maybe it would help you as well to tell her,but its your call;
