It doesn't surprise me that you are bleeding and don't feel well. Abortion is dangerous, especially at 23 weeks! There was no reason to take a morning after pill. The likelihood you could conceive that quickly after abortion is fairly small. You don't even know if you "needed" the pill or not, and those pills are poisonous. They often do serious damage.
I don't know who did an abortion on you at 23 weeks, but it might well have been illegal for him to do it. I also learned recently about one abortionist whose facilities were filthy.
