Will a Doctor Know About a Past Abortion?

I had an abortion 3 years ago. I haven't been back to my regular doctor since. I'm curious if he is going to be able to tell that I had it done. I ask because my aunt works in the hospital as well and will be able to pull up my file. I don't mind him knowing but I don't want her knowing. I didn't tell anyone about it.

I found your question in the question pool at allexperts.com so evidently whoever you asked your question to wasn't able to answer.
So I'm going to try. From what I've heard, a doctor cannot tell from an exam that you've had an abortion. So that's all I know about that. But about your aunt working in the hospital, if that's where you had your abortion, I guess she would be able to pull up your file. I don't know what you could do about that.
