QuestionI have had severe leg cramps for at 6 six years. Had been on Quinine 260 mg up to 340. Stopped working for me.Now I am wakened at least once on the hour through the entire night, both legs, ankles as well, thigh cramps as well. Doctor had me on lorazpam, tried a couple of other stronger medicines, nor did they work. Dr. says its the worst case of RLS, but I don't have the tingling and other symptoms that they say RLS is. I am soon to be 58 and very active woman. Any Ideas on what could be causing this?

heres something to try.
take a B-complex supplement-people who dont get enough folate,vitamin B 12 or other B vitamins may experience nerve problems [neuropathies],which have been linked to restless legs syndrome. follow the direction on the label.
heres a web site as well;
