Rotator Cuff Injury in Cabo San Lucas: Diagnosis & Recovery

Question
Hello Robert adn thank you in advance from another expert on this site (real estate).

I am living in Cabo san Lucas and believe that I have injured my rotator cuff during my work outs at the gym.

I've not had the chance to go to the US for a proper diagnosis though from talking to anyone with their arm in a sling, I am pretty sure this is what my troubles are.

Should this be the case and it now being about 2 months since the inqury, what is my best direction in healing this?

I am 54, in rather great health says my yearly physical,  my weight is average for my height - I do not smoke, drink sparingly, have ceased my gym activities and only speed walk and jog now which I do about 1 - 2 hours a day 5 days a week.  I ride my Harley and deep sea fish on a regular basis.

A sling is not practical since I drive clients on a daily basis and down here - you really need two hands on the wheel.

Any suggestions Doc?

Cheers,

Rick

Answer
getting the proper diagnosis is the important thing.... have you taken an approp med such as alleve, 2 pills twice a day... can you reach under and back and touch your thumb to your shoulder blade?  If not, someoene should look at it... but I can't diagnosis it over the net.
