Peripheral Neuropathy & High Protein Levels: Potential Causes & Next Steps

I am having very bad pain in hands ,with numbness and tingling in hands and feet.The doctor says that I have hogh levels of protein.I also have peripheral nerve damage. I have blood work done twice.There is no other findings. One doctor said that Ihad the possibility of having ms. What do you think?

Would need MRI and CT of brain plus spinal fluid analysis to make the diagnosis of MS.
