met an nurologist says no migrain after scan and only water boby will slowy subside but still now its 30 days no diffrence and expands while in stress and also has headace

aged 20 had fear headace..... I don't know what that means.... fever? Any lump on the head is outside the skull, so is not related to anything going on inside, ie, the brain. A lump that changes in size may be related to a blood vessel or muscle.
After this long, this needs to be re-evaluated. There is no reason to do another cat scan, but a thorough evaluation looking for an infection, like an ear infection, or other. The temple has blood vessels and muscle (jaw muscle attaches there) so could be either.
