"hi i have some bumps on my the back of my tongue and throat they are not sore i have them for some time now, also i have a red patch on my tonsil but it is not sore either but i have had them for nearly 2 years do u know what this might be cos its embarrassing

The tongue has a lot of small immune organs on it.... all are "bumpy" esp in the back.  If gargling with salt water doesn't fix it in a week, then it may just be you.... you could get it looked at but this is a common complaint that usually winds up.... that is the way you are....
