Anal Rash & Darkening Skin: Causes, Treatment & When to See a Doctor

I have a problem similar to this http://en.allexperts.com/q/Family-Internal-Medicine-969/2012/1/rectal-rash.htm and the anal area has blackened.What should i do will my skin colour return to normal again??..Plzz help

the symptoms (with proper treatment) should get better in a week or so, the skin color maybe a month or two to return slowly.  If treatment does not offer improvement in a couple weeks, it is time to see the doctor to look for other rarer problems that can mimic a tinea infection.
