QuestionHello. Thank you so much for taking your time to help me. So, this morning I was just feeling my face, and I felt a lump on my cheek, right next to my ear. Ever since then, I have been freaking out and crying. I have no idea what is wrong with me and just don't know what to do. It hurts when you touch it, and is about the size of and eraser on a pencil. It is under my skin, and cannot be seen. When you touch it, it moves back and forth. Please help me as much as you can, and try to calm my nerves, because frankly, I am freaking out! By the way, I am 15 and a female.
Answerit sounds like a lymph node swelling a little.... these happen from little infections, either on the scalp, or from a mild ear infection, or possibly a tooth if you are having pain.... no big deal..... it will probably go away in a couple weeks...... if it doesn't, get it checked....
