Olay Blackhead Clearing Scrub is what I'd recommend. It contains salicylic acid acne treatment and exfoliates and cleanses skin to eliminate most blackheads as well as helps prevent new ones from forming. It's a deep pore cleanser so it eliminates the excess oil that leads to blackheads as it helps control blemishes.
You can find this at any big box or drug store.
Another basic tip....try to avoid touching your face as it transfers bacteria to your skin which also exacerbates blackhead breakouts.
