Endometriosis Pain After Sex: Symptoms, Causes & What to Do

Got a ? about endo? the only symp. that I seem to be having is the pain after sex...it is like a 1000 needles are down there at once..this only last for about 30 min. and then it goes away...i have talked to gyno about it...but at the time the pain had gone away...could i have endo?

It deffinately could be Endo. Endo is a very mysterious disease. It rears its' ugly head in many different ways and every woman is different. Painful intercourse or pain after sex is deffinately one of the symptoms.

Many women with very little Endo complain of absolutely dibilitating pain and there are women with stage 4 Endo that only find out they have Endo because they had trouble conceiving.

It could not hurt to talk to your GYN about this and get their advice. To find out if you have Endo for sure you would have to undergo a Lap which is an outpatient procedure where they stick a camera and microscope inside your abdomen via tiny inscions.
