hey...my nipples look weird.  They are really soft and pointy...but not hard .  it's weird.  they are so soft and smooth.  Shouldn't they be hard?

Suz, soft is wonderful.  Your nipples sound very exciting.   They probably get hard at times without you noticing it.  They will also get hard when you are aroused or sexually excited.

If you want to make them hard, try rubbing and massaging them.  hold them between your thumb and fingers, and massage your breasts as you do it, they should become very hard.
