QuestionHi Dr. i had a D& E at 16 weeks pregnant, in the first 2 weeks i bleed like a regular period and went for chekc up and they say everithin is fine you can go back to your normal routine, so i have unprotected sex two days after the checkup and i took the plan b, so i started to have bleeding on and off and i was like this for about five to six weeks and i had heavy bleedin for like four days ,now is been three months i already got one period but i am still worried cause i was readin about other girls that they mentioned they cant get pregnant because of a previous abortion, what do you think is the reason for it? and also how can i know if i get any infection that can lead to PID?

after a late abortion your hormones are in disorder and it may take a considerable time to become regular again.
You may get an infection from unprotected sex. So use condoms to be safe from that.
I saw women after they had 10 abortions of more in Greece.
So the story that you cannot become pregnant after an abortion makes no sense.
Stop worrying, take care and be good to yourself.
