LOT.
AND NOW I FILL SICK AND I HAVE FOR THE PAST 2 WEEKS. I HAVE ALLOT OF
DIFFERENT SYMPTOMS AND I NEED TO KNOW COULD I BE PREGNANT ???

Answer
If you have not been using any birth control, you absolutely could be pregnant.  Generally, formula-feeding mothers see their fertility return in 6-12 weeks, while breastfeeding mothers may not see their fertility return until their baby sleeps through the night or starts taking solid foods.  However, there are exceptions to every rule, and some women can ovulate within 2-4 weeks of giving birth.  This is where "Irish twins" come from.

If you are concerned that you could be pregnant, take a home pregnancy test.  Most on the market are very accurate and can reliably detect a pregnancy within 2 weeks of conception.
