QuestionThanks, i figured you would say as much, but just in case this helps. My due date was July 27th, and i only know the second date of intercourse, Oct. 31st. "Sigh" it would have matched up perfectly had i had my daughter on my due date...
AnswerAshley,
It doesn't matter when your daughter was born - that doesn't change the date she was conceived. Some babies develop faster or slower than others due to genetics, prenatal care, nutrition, etc, so some come early and some late.
Based on your due date, you most likely conceived around Nov. 2, which fits perfectly with the second man. Conception rarely occurs the same day as intercourse, as sperm can live in the reproductive tract for up to 5 days.
So, if the first date of intercourse was earlier in October, then it's unlikely that he's the father.
Best,
Catherine
