Answer
Hi,

I know you have cultural reasons but why not go to the doctor? Did you not like the doctor? What about a female doctor instead of a man?

From what you say it sounds like you have irregular periods. I do not think that this has anything to do with sex at all. I do not know if  a doctor would recommend medicine or not for you; you really need to find a doctor you are comfortable with and trust them and allow them to help you.

I am sure once you get to a doctor you will feel much better about things.

As far as eating and exercising, all I can say is do your best; cut out junk food, eat lots of fruit and veggies, whole grains, etc, and as far as exercising, find something you enjoy, and do it! Again, talk to a doctor. Please find one you are comfortable with.

As far as being able to have babies, i do not know the answer to that. All I can say is that the fact you have not had sex has nothing to do with it. you sound like a normal healthy woman with normal thoughts and feelings. The only thing that concerns me (as far  as your ability to have a baby ) is the irregular periods. Only a doctor would be able to help you with that.

good luck, I hope things work out for you!
