QuestionWould you kindly tell me what a skin metastases from breast cancer looks like? I have a very small , less than 1/2 cm. shallow ,blood blistery, ulcer looking thing on my breast cancer breast that has been present 1 month and has not changed at all. I was diagnosed and treated for breast cancer in 2003. The dermatologist did not seem worried, although he could not tell me what it was, but that he would biopsy it if I so desired. I see my regular oncologist in one month, but I am worried.
AnswerIt may in fact look like an ulcer. I think you should demand a biopsy (where the whole lesion is removed with margins) ASAP to be on the safe side. Please keep me posted! Good luck!
