HER2-Positive Breast Cancer: IHC vs. FISH & Herceptin Treatment

have done IHC it shows her2+breast cancer do u think it is reliable or should we go for FISH test  to reconfirm or are they equally reliable.have been advised herceptin along with chemo,is it given for 1 yr minimum

Both should be done. It is usually given for one year. Good luck!
