QuestionHow accurate are clearblue easy digital pregnancy tests? Are they just as accurate 19 days after unprocted sex?
I took one 19 days after unprocted sex, one 3 days later (22 days after sex), then another a week later, which was the second day of my period(28 days after sex). They were all negative...
I also started birth control the day of unprotected sex. I am now getting nausious and bloating. This is the first week of my second pill pack...I didnt have any of these symptoms before. How likely is it that im pregnant?!? If i got my period while on birth control, could i still be pregnant?
ALSO, when we had sex, my boyfriend did not ejaculate and hadnt in the past week.
thanks.
AnswerHi Heather,
Thanks for your questions. As far as I know, the clearblue tests are accurate.
Sometimes, the tests might not show up positive but you are really pregnant. Perhaps you are not pregnant but are having side effects from the pill. I don't recommend birth control pills or any kind of hormonal birth control method because of side effects and risks. I recommend non-hormonal birth control such as Natural Family Planning or condoms.
If you are pregnant, it is not good to be on the birth control pill. Also, if your boyfriend did not ejaculate and there was no precum in your vagina you would not be pregnant.
I would recommend that you go to a pregnancy resource center and have a free test done. If you are in the U.S. go to http://www.optionline.org or call 1-800-395-HELP. Otherwise try this
