I've been taking mircette (kariva) for 7 months now.  my boyfriend and i are in a monogomous relationship and we had unprotected sex but he did not ejaculate.  i have NEVER missed a pill.  what is the likelihood that im pregnant?

The pill is about 94% effective with average use. If you don't miss any pills, then there is only a small chance that you could get pregnant. Think about using condoms when you have sex. That way, he can ejaculate inside of you (less messy and more intimate) and you are more protected from pregnancy. That's what I do!
