Vaginal Cuts & Tri-Sprintec: Possible Side Effects & What to Do

I am curently taking tri sprintec birth control pills.  A few months ago I noticed long open cuts on my vagina that are sore and hurts a little when i use the restroom.  These cuts only seem to appear on the 2nd and 3rd week of my pills.  Could this possibly be a hormonal side afffect?  I have been on this pill for  about 2 years.  Thank you for your help!

Hmmm, I have not heard of this before in all my 22 years of experience in the field. Please consult your doctor because this does not seem good at all. Please let me know what happens. I don't usually recommend any kind of hormonal birth control methods. I feel that the hormones are not healthy for a woman's body.
