Cycle Recovery After Depo Provera & Lutera: Can I Conceive?

In '06 I was on Depo provera and it made me gain a lot of weight, so I got off of that and started taking Lutera.
Then, I got off of all bc in nov. '07.
After that I didn't have a period at all until recently. (march 21st) and I'm still on it now.
I was going to ask a fertilty expert on here but they are all maxed out so I'm hoping you may hold the answer.
Since I just got a period ( for 7 days and going! ) Would I be able to try to conceive when I get off of it? Or do I need to wait? and would depo cause the delay in my period?

Thanks for your question. I'm not a medical doctor so please ask your physician about all your medical questions.

However, I do know from research that depo, Lutera and all hormonal birth control methods can cause side effects. I do find it unusual that you would not have a period for over a year and just had one. I don't know your age but could that be a possibility of cause?

I haven't heard of birth control causing problems after so many months but that doesn't mean it couldn't. Please keep trying to contact the fertility expert and also speak to your doctor.
