Emergency Contraception Advice: Bleeding After Sex & Irregular Periods

hi dear ths is anjali. 22, unmarried frm bangladesh. i had sex wid my bf today.my period ended day b4 yesterday.he wore condom bt um still worried.i bleed 2day though it was my third tym sex..so should i take emergency contraceptive pill? i wanna take ipill. is tht safe? i took it once 3 months ago.my period is irregular frm thn.is there ny side effect?will it effect on my future pregnancy??? plzzz help me and ans s soon s possible..cz i have 2 take it within 72 hours!!!!

Thanks for your email. I would not recommend the ipill if that is the same thing as Plan B or the morning after pill. There could be risks and dangers to your health from this. Please read the article on  http://www.optionline.org/questions/the-morning-after-pill/
