What to Do If You Vomit After Taking Birth Control Pills

Hello,
On friday i forgot to take my bcp and so i took it along with my saturday pill.. Unfortunately, 4 hours and a half almost after i took the pills i felt nauseated and had to vomit

I checked with my pharmacist and he said that by four hours it would have been absorbed.. However the leaflet states that if vomitting occurs within 3-4 hours i should treat it like missed pill case...

I still have 3 more pills to take Its the third week so what do you suggest i do??

Since it was 4 1/2 hours after taking the pills, and both the pharmacist and the leaflet say you're OK after 4 hours, you should be OK.  Since it was already a missed pill, and since there is a slight chance that the pill stayed in your stomach longer than usual, you could take an extra pill now if you have one.  However, it's not advisable to take an extra one from the same pack, since it's important to take the active pills for at least 21 days each month.  Sometimes it's helpful to have extra pills from another pack to use in situations like this.
