Birth Control Concerns: Spotting, Illness & Pregnancy Risk - Ortho-Novum

Hello...i am on birth control, but I dont really trust it.. i am on ortho-novum. My boyfriend pulls out everytime, but whenever i get light spotting, or feel sick, i start freaking out. How much of a chance is there that I am pregnant? Also, when you are on birth control, the pill like me, when you get your period, is that assurance that I am not prgnant?

As long as you take your pills at approximately the same time every day there is a 99% chance that you are NOT pregnant.
