My boyfriend and I have always had unprotected sex, we never use condoms. For the first time he ejaculated inside and now I am really worried. It was an accident but my question to you is.....does a woman get pregnant everytime a male ejaculates inside? I have a feeling I might be pregnant but Im not sure yet. Thank you.

No, you can't get pregnant every time you have sex. You can only get pregnant when you ovulate which takes place in the middle of your cycle, halfway between your periods, about day 14-16. However, sperm can live inside you for up to a week and the egg can live only a day or so. So, it depends on when you had sex.
AnswerWell, that would have been a good time to get pregnant. Ovulation might have taken place around the 10th. If by regular you mean 28 day cycles, you should be due to have your period around the 24th.
So, the only thing to do is to wait and see if it comes. Given the sperm life possibility of 7 days, they could still be around 4 days after sex. In fact, I believe that sex and sperm encourage ovulation because nature loves to "increase and multiply."
