My wife and I have some great sex.  The only problem that I have is that I cannot ejaculate. I can maintain an erection for hours when I'm with her because she really turns me on.  This is really bugging both of us because she thinks that unless I "cum", I don't love her. And I really do love her. I should add that I've been single for 23 years and have masturbated alot. Could I have hurt the nerve endings in my penis in any way?  Please help us.

sometimes meds can cause this, especially antidepressants.... sometimes low testosterone levels.... I would have your doctor check a testosterone level, and look over any medications you are taking..... you probably didn't do anything by masturbating.  Also, alcohol can sometimes short circuit that response....
