Ok i am on a birth control called femcon and it has helped a lot with my period but i use condoms every once in awhile but i think i could be pregnant because not only have been nauseas spotting constipated and had mild headaches but i am always tired and hungry, so my question is could i be pregnant?

Thanks for your question. Yes, you could be pregnant. Any time you have sex, even with a birth control method, you could still get pregnant. No birth control method is 100% safe from pregnancy or sexually transmitted diseases. Your symptoms you described could possibly be pregnancy symptoms.
