Ginette and Sexual Dysfunction: Weight Gain, Appetite Changes & Solutions

Hi I am on Ginette for the last 9 months and have increased my weight by 4 kgs. There has been increased appettite also after talking these pills I have not been able to onsummate our married life as there is a lot of fear and lack of knowledge. I have discontinued the medicine (are there any side effects or recuations)and want a way to get back in shape and also learn about sex. Can you help me with some good literature.
