Pill Missed After Intercourse: Understanding Pregnancy Risk

So I'm on the pill and I've been on it for almost three months. It usually take my pill around 10pm. I had sex on Saturday, but I didn't take the pill for that night until afterwards. And I wouldn't be concerned expect I'm on my ovulation days. Should I be worried about being pregnant?

When a woman is on the pill, she rarely if ever will ovulate.  Your ovulation days before being on the pill are pretty irrelevant.  Missing one pill and then taking before the next one is due will usually not result in ovulation or pregnancy, and expert guidelines say that you don't need any backup or emergency contraception.  I wouldn't be worried.
