Second Abortion and Future Fertility: What You Need to Know

my wife had an abortion around 6 months back. though we were using protection , it happened. my wife has got pregnant again.  i wanted to know if carrying out a second abortion would affect us having a child later. we cannot afford a kid now. kindly advice

If it is done safely by a trained doctor it will have no effect whatsoever. She's already been able to become pregnant twice, another abortion won't stop her from conceiving again. In an abortion, the doctor will induce the lining of her uterus to shed, along with its contents. This happens during regular menstrual periods as well. I'm sure she'll be fine :)
