Maryland Pregnancy Financial Assistance Resources - Columbia, MD

I am seventeen weeks into this pregnancy and I realized with two children, ages 3 and 9 months, I will not be able to take care of another child financially.  Please if you have any resources that would be able to assist me, I would greatly appreciate your assistance  I live in the state of Maryland, specifically Columbia.  I have a job but upon checking into the prices of the procedure I can not afford the entire cost.  Please help....time is of the essence.  Each week I wait, the more costly the procedure becomes.
