Questioni'm 13 days pregnant. my period date is17 but till yesterday my periods not started. my pregnancy test is positive by test kit. yesterday night i had taken 1 MTpill of 20mcg but even after 18 hours periods n't started. please advice me is tere any need to take any other pill again. please advice me what to do.

Your pregnant 13 days. MT pill stands for the generic name MifeprisTone (brand name Mifeprex). After taking that one you need a second drug: misoprostol (Cytotec), it is a prostaglandin that is given two days after the MT pill to force uterine contractions to expel any aborted fetal tissue still in the womb.
If the MT pill is taken shortly after intercourse, it prevents pregnancy because the contracting uterine muscles present a hostile environment unfavorable to implantation. If taken early in pregnancy, it induces contractions that destroy the quiet environment in the uterus and thus cause the embryo to be aborted. If implantation has occurred, there will be an abortion of the implanted fertilized egg.
MT is designed to be taken up to seven weeks after a woman misses her first period as prescribed by a doctor. After seven weeks, side effects are amplified.
IMPORTANT: After one or two days, you have to go back to the clinic to take a prostaglandin pill, which expels the dead fetal material.
The pregtest stays positive for 3 weeks so that does not give you an indication.
