There are virtually no medical problems with having two abortions in 5 months.  The safest early abortion methods are nonsurgical - the aspiration procedure and the medical abortion pill (see earlyabortion.com).  These methods are 100% safe for fertility because they do not cause any scarring of the uterine lining.  These methods are endorsed by the World Health Organization as the safest methods. A surgical abortion is also very safe, and may be the only option available to you. If so, see if you can find a doctor who does not scrape or "curette" the uterus as it is unnecessary in early pregnancy.  The risk of a surgical abortion is extremely small, but there is no need to take the risk unless it is your only option.
